Logic Systems Engineering Acquires Taylor Systems Engineering
Shipping Solution Business Will Operate as a subsidiary of Logic Solutions, Inc.
Ann Arbor, Mich. – May 8, 2009: Logic Systems Engineering, a newly created subsidiary of Logic Solutions, Inc., today announced the acquisition of Taylor Systems Engineering, a Plymouth, Mich., systems integrator of shipping manifest software and integrated shipping solutions.
"At its core, Taylor Systems Engineering implements software solutions that help companies lower their shipping costs and convert a cost center into a profit center," said Jimmy Hsiao, CEO for Logic Solutions. "By creating Logic Systems Engineering, we seek to build on that core and grow the business aggressively."

The new subsidiary is now based in Logic Solution's Ann Arbor offices. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
